Our goal at Copia is to provide capital and management assistance to companies experiencing rapid growth or a turnaround. We provide capital in the form of subordinated debt, preferred stock, or common equity in order to create liquidity and the opportunity for the investment target to build operations and increase revenues. Regardless of the form of capital infusion, Copia takes a meaningful equity position.

Management support is provided through the involvement of Copia’s partners and professionals as well as through Copia’s network of functional consultants in areas such as marketing, salesforce management, operations, finance, HR and recruiting. Copia typically partners with the existing management teams and does not manage day-to-day operations of its portfolio companies.

Copia invests in a variety of industries; target companies have unique products or a distinct competitive advantage.
